Vinyl Sort
Vinyl Sort is a free online sorting puzzle game by Kobadoo. You pack a DJ's records into cases of the same color, planning which record to pull next so the trays don't run out, across 30 levels.
How to play Vinyl Sort
- Tap or click the front record of any stack to pull it. If the open case wants its color, the record flies straight in.
- If its case isn't open yet, the record waits on a tray and jumps in by itself when that case opens. Set aside the color of the next case to make the most of this.
- Trays run out. With all of them full you can still pull any record the open case wants, and if none is showing, you're jammed.
- If you jam from level 2 on, you can press Continue once per level to play it again from its start with the score you began it on. Otherwise, retry from level 1.
- On a keyboard, use the arrow keys to choose a stack, Space to pull its front record, and R to start over from level 1.
Features
- 30 levels, with bigger cases from level 7, face-down sleeves and a fourth tray from level 16, and split cases from level 21.
- Runs of wanted records, jump-ins and packed cases score extra points, and each level earns up to three stars toward a total of 90.
- Boards change between plays, and every color has its own symbol, so color isn't the only cue.
- No time limit: you can take as long as you need.
- Your level and stars are saved on your device, so you can come back to where you left off.
